Erik Anderson

Erik has over 25 years experience in corporate broking, latterly as head of global European equities at Espirito Santo. Prior to that, Erik was a member of the executive committee at Canaccord Genuity.

Erik also served as co-head of corporate broking at Investec for nine years. Prior to that, Erik worked at both Panmure Gordon and James Capel.

Erik has broad sector experience and has led numerous transactions in M&A, IPOs and secondary fundraisings. His experience includes some of the UK's largest transactions, ranging from privatisations down to flotations and follow on fund raisings for small, high growth companies on AIM. He has extensive experience of the UK Listing Rules, Take-Over Code and AIM Rules gathered over many years and from numerous transactions and has long-standing institutional relationships.
