Sandor De Jasay

Sandor is Managing Director and joined Dial Partners in June 2020. He has 20 years’ experience providing independent corporate finance advice to UK and European clients. He has advised on both public and private M&A transactions as well as on some financial restructurings.

Previously he was at Lazard which he joined in London in 2000. After a secondment to the San Francisco office, he returned to the London office in the TMT team. In 2009, Sandor joined Gleacher Shacklock where he advised on a broad range of mandates, primarily in the TMT and Aerospace / Defence sectors. In 2016, Sandor became a freelance corporate finance consultant to family offices and privately held businesses.

Sandor holds a MEng in Aeronautics from Imperial College London.
