Becca (Larson) Bean has extensive work experience in leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Becca is currently the Vice President at DialCare, where they have held this position since February 2021. Prior to this role, Becca served as the Assistant Vice President at DialCare and its parent company, Careington, from January 2020 to February 2021. During their tenure at Careington, they held various leadership roles in product development, project management, accounting, and finance.

In addition to their formal education, Becca obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in November 2017. Becca also earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2014.
