Becca (Larson) Bean

Becca (Larson) Bean has extensive work experience in leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Becca is currently the Vice President at DialCare, where they have held this position since February 2021. Prior to this role, Becca served as the Assistant Vice President at DialCare and its parent company, Careington, from January 2020 to February 2021. During their tenure at Careington, they held various leadership roles in product development, project management, accounting, and finance.

Before joining DialCare and Careington, Becca worked at Merrill Lynch as an intern in 2007. Overall, Becca's career has focused on driving innovation in the healthcare industry and leading teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Becca (Larson) Bean completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics from Texas Tech University, which they attended from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they pursued an MBA degree in Strategy and Finance from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Becca obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in November 2017. Becca also earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2014.
