Jethro Geyser

Jethro Geyser is currently the Head of People and Culture at Dialectic. Previously, they worked as an HR Business Partner at UBS from January 2020 to December 2021. Jethro also worked as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead - Control Functions / Recruitment Partner at UBS from January 2017 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at Swisslinx AG from January 2015 to December 2016.
