Alejandro Arbelaez Jaramillo

Alejandro Arbeláez Jaramillo currently serves as General Manager LATAM at Dialectica since October 2023. Prior to this role, Alejandro held the position of VEMO Conduce Director at VEMO from December 2022 to September 2023. From October 2018 to November 2022, Alejandro worked at Beat, initially as Head of Operations, then as Regional General Manager for New Verticals, and General Manager for Colombia. Alejandro's extensive experience includes a tenure at Unilever from January 2014 to October 2018, where responsibilities ranged from Supply Planning Leader for Middle Americas to Deputy Middle Americas Board Member as CEO Strategy Business Assistant. Alejandro began their career as a Teacher Assistant at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali while earning an Industrial Engineering degree.
