Natalia González

Natalia González is a professional with diverse experience in business development, growth strategy, and legal management. Currently serving as Growth and Innovation Junior Manager at Dialectica since September 2022, Natalia focuses on strategic account mapping, leading account management meetings, and reporting on user activity. Previously, at Cube Ventures Aceleradora, responsibilities included serving as a Business Analyst for early-stage tech-based companies and working as an Executive Fellow to support capital raising activities and investor reports. Prior to this, as Legal Director at coally, Natalia led the legal team in contract design and corporate governance, and also facilitated company registrations in Colombia and Delaware. Natalia started their career as a Junior Consultant at ConsultAndes S.A., advising students on project needs and goals. Education was completed at Universidad de Los Andes from 2016 to 2022.
