Santiago Luengas Grajales

Santiago Luengas Grajales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations, consulting, and entrepreneurial leadership. Currently serving as a Business Operations Senior Associate at Dialectica since January 2024, Santiago previously worked as an Associate Consultant at Fide Partners, where contributions included conducting Commercial Due Diligence for a multinational investment bank and developing financial models for a major telecommunication operator in Mexico. Santiago is also the founder of a startup, where oversight included managing relationships with over 70 startups and 50 investors. With additional experience as an International Fellow at START Global and leadership roles in organizations like CESA Investment Club and Endeavor Colombia, Santiago has cultivated a strong foundation in business strategy and operations. Santiago holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from CESA and has pursued further education through the Makers Fellowship, a study abroad program at the University of St.Gallen, and Startup School Online.
