Vy Nguyen

Vy Nguyen currently serves as the Manager for the APAC Client Service Team at Dialectica, a position held since March 2025, where responsibilities include client liaison, expert profile briefings, market research, and expert validation. From February 2022 to February 2025, Vy worked at PERSOLKELLY, progressing from Team Leader to Managing Consultant and Senior In Charge, focusing on executive search and selection in the consumer goods and healthcare sectors, and received a nomination for the PERSOL Award. Prior experience includes roles at Meinhardt Group as a Document Control Specialist and at AAH Corp, where Vy held positions as an Internal Control Specialist and Assistant Project Director, achieving recognition as the Most Consistent Performer in 2016 and Most Valuable Partner in 2017. Vy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Da Lat University, graduated in January 2012.
