Javier Sánchez Llopes is a highly experienced Contracts and Claims professional with diverse international expertise in the engineering and construction industry, including energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Director at Diales, Javier specializes in claims identification, quantification, and resolution, while also participating as a DAB Member for international projects. With an extensive educational background that includes an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration, Javier has held various roles, from Contract Administrator to Contracts Manager, and has provided consulting and training in contract and claim management. Recognized as a Future Leader in construction law by Who is Who Legal, Javier continues to contribute as an External Lecturer in the PgD in Construction Law at Universidad de los Andes.
