Lily Shen's work experience includes holding the role of Vice President of Business Operations at Dialexa since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked in Operations at Blackguard Logs from May 2020 to August 2021. From August 2002 to May 2020, they served as Vice President at Hitachi Consulting. In 2002, they also worked in Financial IT at Eli Lilly. Additionally, they have experience in Procurement IT at Cargill in 2001 and VSD IT at 3M from 1998 to 2000.
