Ahmed Riza

Ahmed Riza began their work experience in 2005 as a Manager at EY in Assurance and Advisory. Ahmed worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, Ahmed worked at Dialog Axiata PLC, starting as an Assistant Manager and progressing to Unit Manager and then Manager in Corporate Finance. In 2014, they joined Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd as a Manager in Planning and Analysis. Ahmed returned to Dialog Axiata PLC in 2017 as Head of Corporate Finance. Finally, in 2019, they became the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Planning at Axiata Digital Labs.

Ahmed Riza completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) between 2012 and 2014. Ahmed also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSc.) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2012. Ahmed Riza is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka since 2009. Ahmed also holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) degree from the University of Colombo School of Computing. Additionally, Ahmed Riza attended Wesley College, Colombo. Furthermore, they have pursued further studies in Chartered Financial Analyst and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, although specific degrees and dates are not provided.
