Farash Samat

Farash Samat currently serves as the Head of Cyber Defense at Dialog Axiata PLC, a position held since April 2012, where responsibilities include defining and operationalizing the Cyber Defense strategy for the organization and its subsidiaries. Previously, Farash has held various roles in cyber security and IT management, including Manager Cyber Security and Technical Support & Enterprise Security Operations Manager at Dialog Axiata, and Senior Manager - Cyber Security at Suntel since June 2007. Additionally, Farash has experience as Manager IT Network at Suntel, Senior System Administrator at Brandix, and Senior System Engineer at Gestetner. Farash holds an MSc in IT from Keele University, earned between 2005 and 2007.
