Nisala Hewage

Nisala Hewage currently holds the position of Senior General Manager - Finance and Corporate Services at Dialog Axiata PLC, where responsibilities include overseeing the Customer Interaction Centre and Finance for Dialog Business Services (DBS). Since joining Dialog in October 2016, Nisala has significantly contributed to operational improvements and strategic initiatives, including a notable 10% enhancement in workforce utilization in 2023. Prior to Dialog, experience was gained at Brandix as Manager – Supply Chain and Processes, achieving substantial cost savings, and at Hayleys Advantis Limited in various roles within marketing and business development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Colombo, and various advanced diplomas and executive education related to management and logistics.
