Ominda Rathnasiri

Ominda Rathnasiri is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud solutions and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer for Cloud Solutions and Operations at Dialog Axiata PLC since January 2023, Ominda has orchestrated centralized AWS cross-account governance and managed oversight of over 150 AWS accounts. Prior roles include Senior System Engineer at Pearson, where Ominda gained significant expertise in Linux-based systems and spearheaded automation initiatives over nearly a decade. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Operations Engineer at OnMobile, Linux Administrator at Lanka cat, and Trainee roles in Linux Engineering and Network Engineering. Ominda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Colombo School of Computing and a High School diploma in Mathematics/Science from President College Embilipitiya.
