Customer Care Back Office 2°livello at DIALOGO Italia s.r.l.

Federica Bonzagni has been serving as a Customer Care Back Office 2° Livello and Customer Care Specialist at DIALOGO Italia s.r.l. since May 2019. Prior to this role, Federica worked as an interpreter for Sibilla Agency in November 2018, providing translation services in multiple languages at the EIMA International 2018 fair and managing the information desk. Federica holds a Laurea triennale in Interpretariato e traduzione from Universität Innsbruck, obtained between 2015 and 2018, and completed a Maturità Linguistica at Liceo Ginnasio Giuseppe Cevolani from 2010 to 2015.
