Rodger Hyodo is an experienced personal coach and specialist coach currently serving in multiple roles since January 2006 at Adjusting Thought Reflex and ReDefine Global Inc, where Rodger is also the owner. With a career spanning from 2002, Rodger has held positions as a specialist coach and field strategist at Dialogos International LLC, as well as in earlier roles at Dialogos and the Harvard Negotiation Insight Initiative. Rodger's leadership experience includes chairing the board at Emissary UK from 1997 to 2000 and owning Jakes Restaurant from 1985 to 1997, where culinary skills were combined with business acumen.
