Blake Payton

Blake Payton, M.Ed., currently serves as the Global Learning & Development Program Manager and Corporate Trainer at Dialpad since March 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Transfer Evaluation Coordinator at the University of West Georgia from September 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities involved evaluating transfer documentation for approximately 1,500 applicants annually and leading initiatives to reduce errors in the transient applicant process. Additionally, Blake has held positions at the Georgia State Capitol, UWG Anthropology Society, and UWG Biological and Forensic Anthropology Laboratory, contributing to various administrative, leadership, and research projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of West Georgia.
