Brandon Osborn has extensive experience in sales and customer success operations, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales & CX Ops at Dialpad since August 2022. Previously, Brandon held the position of Director of Product and Customer Success at MetaFarms, Inc. from April 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included defining priorities, overseeing projects, and developing customer success strategies.
