Cindy Lorenzo

Cindy Lorenzo, M.Sc., is an experienced Speech Recognition and Natural Language Processing Engineer at Dialpad since January 2017. Prior to this role, Cindy held various positions at BlackBerry from March 2011 to January 2017, where responsibilities included managing survey data analytics, automating text mining processes, and developing methodologies for predictive modeling. Additionally, experience includes contributions to comprehensive reporting solutions and project management within different departments of BlackBerry and Focal Research Consultants Limited, as well as web design and development at Philweavers. Cindy earned a Master of Science in Electronic Commerce from Dalhousie University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management from De La Salle University.
