Ian Hester

Ian Hester is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and accounting. Currently serving as Senior Manager of FP&A for Go-To-Market at Dialpad since May 2025, Ian previously held the position of FP&A Manager for Go-To-Market at Medallia from September 2019 to May 2025, where responsibilities included supporting various organizational functions. Prior roles at Medallia involved significant financial reporting and consolidation, as well as full cycle accounting processes. Ian’s earlier experiences include staff accounting with Zingle and sales associate roles, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from California State University, Long Beach and an academic stint at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2017.
