Stephanie Hernandez

Stephanie Hernandez, PMP, has extensive project management and business development experience, currently serving as a Project Manager at Dialpad since August 2016. In this role, Stephanie coordinates product implementation and customer on-boarding, ensuring customer satisfaction by collaborating with Account Executives and the Product team. Prior to Dialpad, Stephanie worked at Rackspace from February 2011 to July 2016 in various positions, including Business Development Consultant II, where responsibilities encompassed the entire sales cycle and technology utilization for customers. Earlier experience includes roles at Sprint as a Sales Consultant, allowing for a strong foundation in sales and customer engagement.
