Christophe Loisel has an extensive background in food science and quality management, currently serving as Directeur Qualité - Recherche & Développement and Directeur recherche et développement et pôle oenologique at Diam Bouchage since July 2003. Prior to this role, Christophe accumulated valuable experience as Ingenieur Recherche Fats & Oils at Danone from March 1993 to July 2003. Academically, Christophe holds a PhD in Sciences des aliments (Lipides) from ENSIA - Massy and CNRS - Faculté de Pharmacie de Châtenay-Malabry, obtained between 1993 and 1996, and continues with a research doctorate in Science des Aliments from ENSIA MASSY.
