Diam Bouchage
Francois Margot has extensive experience in the wine industry, currently serving as the Sales Director North America for Diam and Vivelys since November 2004, following a role as Export Sales Director covering Europe (excluding France and Spain), China, and Japan. Prior to joining Diam Bouchage, Francois held positions as Plant Manager at Cave d'Obernai from 1995 to 2004 and General Manager at Cave de Sigolsheim from 1992 to 1995. Academically, Francois holds a Degree in Winemaking and Oenology from the University of California, Davis, obtained between 2014 and 2016, a Master's degree in IGIA from ESSEC Business School in 1991, and a degree in Agricultural Engineering with a specialization in Economics from ESA, L'Ecole supérieure des agricultures, earned in 1990.

As the last oenological act of the winegrower, the closure must enable the wine to fully develop in the bottle and maintain its aromatic profile.
