Shari Solomon, JD, MBA, serves as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Diamatrix, Inc. since May 2011, overseeing legal matters for a diverse family of companies including Strick Trailers, LLC, Cheetah Chassis Corporation, and John Evans Manufacturing Co. Prior experience includes a role as a Small Business Consultant at C&S Capital Enterprises, LLC from February 2009 to May 2011, where high-impact consulting and comprehensive analyses were provided to emerging companies.
