Eleanor Franchitti

Eleanor Franchitti is currently the Global Head of Partnerships and Capital Formation at Diameter Capital Partners LP, a position held since September 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Global Head of Business Development at Caxton Associates from September 2020 to September 2025, and Head of Business Development at Eisler Capital from December 2016 to January 2020. Eleanor also held the position of Partner and Head of European Investor Relations at BlueCrest Capital Management from January 2014 to December 2016, and was the Global Head of Credit Derivatives at Tradeweb from May 2012 to February 2014. Prior roles include Executive Director at UBS and Director of Credit Sales at Bank of America. Eleanor completed a Master's degree in Economics at the University of Oxford between 2001 and 2004.
