Samuel Kim

Samuel Kim has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Samuel currently serves as an Associate General Counsel at Diameter Capital Partners LP since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 2021 to 2022. Samuel also gained valuable experience as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2017 to 2021. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Associate at the same firm.

Samuel Kim pursued their education at Colby College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Later, from 2014 to 2017, they attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where they achieved their Juris Doctor (JD) degree with honors (cum laude).
