Cristina Wilson

Cristina Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cristina began their career in 2011 as a Sales Associate at Olympia Sports, where they handled cash transactions, created displays, and provided product information to customers. In 2013, they joined Macy's and progressed to a senior level, taking on additional responsibilities such as training new employees and assisting with visual merchandising. From 2015 to 2016, Cristina worked as an Intern at Haven Boston Boutique, where they played a key role in establishing and operating the boutique, managing social media, procurement, visual merchandising, and inventory. In 2016, they worked as a Teacher at Kinder Care, before joining The TJX Companies, Inc. in 2017 as a Merchandising Assistant. In this role, they provided administrative support to buyers, managed vendor communication, and streamlined purchasing operations. Most recently, they worked at Work 'N Gear from 2021 to 2023 as an Assistant Buyer, assisting in the procurement process. Cristina is currently an Operations Manager at Diametric Capital, a position they have held since March 2023.

Cristina Wilson attended Lasell University from 2012 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising/Entrepreneurship and Graphic Design.
