Charles Duarte is currently the Director of Procurement at Diamond Assets. Prior to that, they were with Apple from August 2013 to September 2016 as a K12 Development Executive. In that role, they provided expertise to customers in implementing effective use of Apple hardware and software. Charles also supported and guided Superintendents and C-Level decision makers in strategic planning to create opportunities for transformational learning. Additionally, they engaged and presented to organizational leadership teams to align Apple solutions to the needs and goals of school districts.
Prior to their time at Apple, Charles was the Head of Instructional Technology at Farmington Area Public Schools from July 2012 to August 2013. Before that, they served as the Gifted and Talented Coordinator at ISD 197 from February 2010 to July 2012. Charles began their career as a teacher at Visalia Unified School District from August 2008 to July 2009.
Charles Duarte has a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, a Bachelor of Arts in Education from California Lutheran University, and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from California Lutheran University.
