Karl Kennedy has a long and successful career in the telecommunications industry. In 2019, they joined Diamond Communications LLC as a Senior Program Manager, providing Program, Construction, and Project Management for the planning, design, construction, and operations of wired and wireless local and wide area networks in support of advanced telecommunication services. Karl also provided Federal Government contracting expertise.

Prior to this, Karl was the Founder & Principal of Black Wolf, LLC, providing Consulting services for planning, design, engineering, construction, testing, implementation, and system/network acceptance for telecommunications networks. Karl also completed a Complex Project Design of a 185 Mile OSP Fiber Optic Network in a Sensitive Environmental Area.

Before that, Karl was the CEO/President/Construction Director/Senior Project Manager of Tribal One Broadband Technologies, LLC. In this role, they directed Financials; Strategic Planning; Federal, State & Local Regulatory Compliance; Business Administration; Marketing/Sales; Engineering, Design, IT Operations; Contract Negotiations; Business Development; Partnership Cultivation; Project Management; and all Public Relations initiatives for the telecommunications and general contracting firm for a Native American Indian Tribe. Karl also designed and built the 1st Metro Ethernet and Fiber to the Premise Network in the Region; and First Meshed Wireless Network & First Path Redundant Fiber Optic Network on the Oregon Coast. Karl also re-structured the company to become a competitive and successful Federal Government Contractor, growing revenues from $210K in year one to over $25M by year 16.

Karl Kennedy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from California State University - Sacramento. Karl then went on to Webster University, Colorado Springs, where they earned a Master of Arts - MA in Business Management and a Master of Arts - MA in Space Systems Management.
