Kay Hennessy

Kay Hennessy has worked in various roles in the real estate industry since 1990. Kay began as a Project Manager for Residential and Commercial Construction in Washington D.C. In 1995, they moved to PBMS/Cingular Wireless as Network Deployment Manager, Regional Manager in So. Nevada. In 1999, they became a Site Acquisition Specialist for WFI. In 2002, they became an Independent Real Estate Specialist as a Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist. In 2008, they worked for Loeven and Associates, LLC. as a Project Manager/Zoning Specialist and a Project Manager/Wireless Video Surveillance. From 2010 to 2013, they worked for GCB Services as a Real Estate Specialist. From 2013 to 2020, they worked for Pinnacle Consulting, Inc. as a Site Development, Regulatory, Property Management. Currently, they are an Asset Manager - West Region for Diamond Communications LLC.

Kay Hennessy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1985.
