Suzanne Regan

Suzanne Regan has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Suzanne began their career in 1999 as a Real Estate Sales and Relations at Weichert, Realtors. In 2000, they joined ConocoPhillips as a Real Estate Supervisor, where they managed 800+ owned and leased sites for the Penn/Jersey market. In 2004, they moved to Getty Petroleum Marketing Inc. as a Real Estate Manager, where they managed the disposition and tracking of company assets and a REIT containing approximately 1100 locations. In 2010, they became the Real Estate Manager at Lukoil North America LLC., where they managed a portfolio of over 300 leased and fee sites, reducing rent expense and negotiating new lease terms for renewals/extensions. In 2017, they joined Verizon Wireless as a Real Estate Analyst, responsible for abstracting and administering lease agreements. In 2018, they became the Lease Administration Manager at Diamond Communications LLC and the Real Estate Lease Manager at Tillman Infrastructure, LLC.

Suzanne Regan attended Centenary University from 1981 to 1983, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Suzanne then attended Montclair State University from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a B.A. in English and Business Admin.
