Jennifer McKee, JD, CUCE, CCUB's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Diamond Credit Union, where they lead multiple areas of the credit union to achieve financial performance and provide excellent service to members. Jennifer has also worked as the Director of Operations, Authorizations & Fraud at Genesis Financial Solutions, managing new account originations, transactions with existing customers, and fraud case management. Prior to that, Jennifer held the role of VP, In-House Credit Authorizations & Fraud at Signet Jewelers, overseeing credit application processing and credit fraud management. Additionally, they have experience as a Mediator at Intellisolve, resolving disputes in divorce, child custody, and child visitation cases. Overall, Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in operations, fraud management, and mediation to their roles.
Jennifer McKee, JD, CUCE, CCUB obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law, specializing in Law, from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University, graduating between the years 1990 and 1996.
In addition to their formal education, Jennifer McKee has obtained several certifications. Jennifer holds a PA Limited In-House Corporate Counsel License, acquired from The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in June 2023. Jennifer has also earned the Certified Credit Union Board Member (CCUB) designation from the Credit Union National Association in January 2023 and the Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) certification in March 2022, also from the Credit Union National Association.
Furthermore, Jennifer McKee possesses an Ohio State Bar License granted by the Supreme Court of Ohio in November 2001. Jennifer has also completed Divorce Mediation Training and General Mediation Training at the University of Akron School of Law in May 2001.
