Akshay Subramani

Akshay Subramani is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Process Engineer Manager at Diamond Foundry since July 2023, after previously holding the role of Process Engineer. Akshay's experience includes a Software Engineering Internship at Cisco, where significant contributions were made to a global server load balancing system and Java-based applications. Other notable internships at Cisco involved management and finance, where Akshay developed a billing application and automated Salesforce operations. Additionally, Akshay was a proactive member of the Illini Solar Car project, focusing on electrical design for a solar-powered vehicle, and worked as a Project Engineering Intern at San Jose State University, designing and testing lithium-ion batteries. Akshay holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
