Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at both El Camino Real Charter High School and Coloredge, where Patty managed HR operations, employee relations, and compliance matters. Before transitioning into human resources, Patty gained extensive experience in marketing, serving as Senior Marketing Specialist at Intel Corporation and Marketing Manager at Gramicci Outdoor Clothing, where management of projects and budgets was key. Early career experience includes the role of Creative Services Project Coordinator at Reveal Computer Products, which involved overseeing marketing projects and collaborating with external agencies.
