Alyssa Bentz

Alyssa Bentz serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Diamond Hill, a position held since May 2024, following an extensive tenure at U.S. Bancorp Asset Management from 2011 to April 2024, where Alyssa also held the Chief Compliance Officer role along with other positions including Compliance Manager and Managing Director of Operations. Alyssa's expertise includes developing compliance programs in accordance with federal securities laws, conducting SEC risk assessments, and managing trade-related operations. Earlier career experiences include roles as Front Office Trading Analyst Manager and Trading Analyst at FAF Advisors, as well as positions as a Leasing Agent at McCormack Baron Ragan and Mid Continent Management. Alyssa holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota.
