Leslie Schroeder

Leslie Schroeder is the Director, National Accounts at Diamond Hill Capital Management. Leslie has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Leslie began their career as an Accounting Clerk at The Pillsbury Company in 1983. Leslie was promoted to Accounting Supervisor in 1984 and Manager of the Grain Merchandising Division in 1985. In 1990, Leslie left Pillsbury to join Carlson Wagonlit Travel as Sr. Director - Six Sigma Blackbelt. In this role, they led projects to reduce SG&A costs, improve IT service product design & launch, and analyze account management activity. In 2005, Leslie joined Carlson as Senior Director, Finance Central. In this role, they were responsible for Accounting, Reporting, Financial Systems, Cash, Payables, and Corporate Services for Carlson's shared services organization. Leslie left Carlson in 2013 to join Diamond Hill Capital Management as Director, National Accounts.

Leslie Schroeder earned their accounting degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.

Leslie Schroeder reports to Jo Ann Quinif, Chief Client Officer. They work with Katie Amburgey - Senior Associate, National Accounts, Sarah Saxton - Director, National Accounts, and Mark Theado - Associate, National Accounts.
