Hank Hegert

Hank Hegert has a diverse and extensive work experience in the mattress industry. Hank started their career in 1983 at Simmons, where they excelled as an outside sales representative and later became a National Account Director calling on Ashley HomeStores. During their time at Simmons, they achieved significant sales growth and played a crucial role in Simmons BOS becoming the majority volume for Ashley HomeStores.

After leaving Simmons in 2008, Hank joined Latex International in 2009 as a National Account Manager. Here, they specialized in launching the brand Pure Latex Bliss and was involved in all aspects of creating, merchandising, marketing, and building the dealer network.

In 2012, Hank joined Ashley Industries as the Director of Ashley Sleep, where they successfully led the department until 2013.
