Shaun Pennington

Shaun Pennington is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning. As the Chief Executive Officer and President of Diamond Mattress since September 2004, Shaun Pennington has focused on developing a strong and engaging company culture while overseeing various departments and fostering leadership training. Additionally, Shaun Pennington serves as the Co-Owner and Vice President of Lotus Properties, a self-owned multi-family property company since January 2014, specializing in the acquisition, improvement, and management of housing units. Shaun Pennington completed a Professional Coaching program at the ACE Academy of Coaching Excellence and holds a BA with dual majors in Anthropology and Religious Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
