Mark Sales

Mark Sales is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of probate, trust, and fiduciary duty litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Diamond McCarthy LLP since March 2014, Mark has previously held significant roles, including member at Dykema Gossett PLLC and Partner at K&L Gates LLP, where involvement in similar practice groups was prominent. Mark earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Building Construction from Texas A&M University.
