Wayne Baumberger

Wayne Baumberger has held various roles in the corporate world since 2010. Wayne began their career at Caterpillar Inc. as Facility Manager in 2010. In 2015, they joined Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company, and held the roles of Director Engineering, General Manager, and Director, Global Manufacturing Support. In 2019, they were appointed CEO and President of Diamond Mowers.

Wayne Baumberger received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines between 1992 and 1996.
