Hatem Elkady is the Founder and CEO of Diamond Professional Consultants, established in March 2012, where a focus on innovative business analytics, AI, and performance management is transforming technology and management consulting in the Middle East. Prior experience includes serving as Founder and Executive Director at Diamond, driving growth across the region, and a tenure as a Software Engineer at Oracle Corporation, where contributions were made to significant software innovations. Hatem began a career in software development as a Software Programmer for the UAE Army GHQ, specializing in military applications.
