Carl Macuiba

Over the past 25 years, Carl has learned the mortgage industry from the ground up. After beginning his career as an accountant, he joined Paul Diamond in the mortgage industry at Lumbermen’s Investment Corporation in 1986. In 1989, he assisted in the development of Centex Corporation’s “CTX Mortgage Company,” where he served as a Top Loan Officer, Sales Manager and later as Division Vice President. While serving as Division Vice President of CTX Mortgage Company, he ran the most profitable division in Illinois. In 2004 he became the Regional Vice President of the State of Illinois for the Midwest District for First Magnus Financial Corporation, and in 2007 he joined forces with Flagstar Bank. Carl served as the District Manager of the Illinois Group until 2009, and assisted in the development of Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation, where he is currently the Chief Financial Officer. He is a very detailed and accomplished mortgage professional that truly understands all the inter-workings of the mortgage business.
