Josephine Ng'ang'a has extensive experience in compliance and risk management, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Compliance at Diamond Trust Bank since March 2016, following roles as a Senior Officer in the Risk and Compliance Departments and as a Risk and Compliance Officer. Prior to this, Josephine was a Social Entrepreneur at Diaper Safy from January 2013 to November 2021, where efforts positively impacted over 2,000 families in low-income rural regions of Kenya through the innovation of washable and environmentally friendly adult and baby diapers. Josephine also worked as an ICT Officer at Tangaza College from January 2014 to December 2015. Josephine holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Business and Sustainability from ALTIS Graduate School Business and Society in Milano, Italy, and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology from Mount Kenya University, which was completed in July 2014.
