Robert Clearwater

Robert Clearwater is an experienced engineering and maintenance professional with a robust background in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Engineering And Maintenance Manager at Diamond Vogel Paints since April 2023, Robert has previously held similar managerial positions at Sherwin-Williams from January 2019 to July 2023. Prior to this, Robert was the Operations Manager and General Contractor at EP General, LLC, where expertise included residential and commercial contracting as well as manufacturing consulting. With a decade of experience as the Facilities/Maintenance Manager at Willman Industries, Robert led multiple plant expansions and projects while managing substantial operating budgets.
