Carl Cole

Carl Cole has an extensive work experience, beginning with Cooper Tire & Rubber Company in 2004. At Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, they served as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Quality Assurance Engineer, and Product Design Engineer. In 2015, they moved to Daisy Brand, where they served as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer/Safety Coordinator. In 2016, they began working at ADP as a Transactional Operations Mananger, where they were directly responsible for as many as 95 direct reports and their day to day production. In 2018, they joined Graham Packaging as a Quality Assurance Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Diamond Wipes International as General Manager.

Carl Cole received a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Administration from Tri-State University in 2004. Carl also completed minors in Business and Math during their studies. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ and in 2015 they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
