Jessica Chang Lum

Jessica Chang Lum has over 20 years of professional experience. Jessica began their career in 1996 as a Quality Supervisor at Dexter Electronic Materials. In 2000, they moved to Intel Corporation as a Manufacturing Supervisor. Two years later, they joined TowerJazz as a Manufacturing Manager. In 2006, they were hired by Henkel Corporation as a Senior Innovation Manager. In 2011, they became Vice President Operations at TEXEN Topline. In 2016, they returned to Diamond Wipes International as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to President in 2018.

Jessica Chang Lum's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry & Biology from Caltech, obtained between 1992 and 1996. Jessica then attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Sonora High School between 1988 and 1992. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Building Customer Loyalty, Competitive Strategy, Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals, and Supply Chain Management Fundamentals, all obtained in October 2016.
