Andrew Waller

Andrew Waller has a strong background in the energy industry, with a focus on land management and business development. Andrew started their career at Rio Grande Resources Corporation as a Landman from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they worked as an Independent Landman for Energen Resources Corporation from January 2011 to August 2011. Andrew then transitioned into a District Landman role at Energen Resources Corporation from August 2011 to July 2014.

In 2014, Waller joined Diamondback Energy as a Senior Landman, where they worked until April 2016. Andrew then took on the role of Land Manager from April 2016 to October 2021, before being promoted to Land Manager- Business Development in August 2021, a role they currently hold.

During their time at Diamondback Energy, Waller also gained experience at other companies. Andrew worked as a Director of Business Development at Viper Energy Partners LP from July 2017 to December 2018 and as a Business Development Manager from July 2015 to July 2017.

In 2020, Waller joined Rattler Midstream as a Land Manager, a position they held until October 2021.
