Ciara McDaniel

Ciara McDaniel began their work experience in 2010 as a Youth Department Volunteer at Calvary Church, where they served until 2015. In 2015, they participated in the Chevron Mentorship Program as a Mentee. In 2016, they joined BP as a participant in the BP Shaping Talent, Energy and Potential (STEP) program. Ciara also worked as a Field Intern at Hilcorp for a few months in the same year. Currently, since 2020, they are employed at Diamondback Energy as an Engineer.

Ciara McDaniel began their education in 2015 at The University of Texas at Austin. Over the course of four years, from 2015 to 2019, they pursued two degrees simultaneously. Ciara completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Petroleum Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government, both from The University of Texas at Austin. The fields of study for their degrees were Petroleum Engineering and Political Science and Government, respectively.
