Damon Brumley

Damon Brumley has extensive experience in information technology and operations management. Currently serving as Automation and IOC Director at Diamondback Energy since September 2024, Damon previously held various leadership positions at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP, including Integrated Operations Manager, Data Information Manager, and SCADA Supervisor from March 2018 to September 2024. Additionally, Damon worked at Southwestern Energy as Field Data Services Administrator and IT Technical Support Analyst from October 2011 to March 2018. Beginning a career in IT as an IT Analyst for Walker County (February 2010 - October 2011) and with substantial tenure at Hewlett Packard from January 1997 to December 2009, Damon developed skills in providing high-level infrastructure and application support. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics from ITT Technical Institute.
