Erin Bailey

Erin Bailey has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Erin is currently working as a Corporate Affairs Representative at Diamondback Energy, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Erin worked as a Public Relations Manager at PBK from September 2022 to February 2023.

Erin also served as a Multimedia Journalist in Global Communications at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from April 2022 to June 2022.

From April 2019 to November 2021, Erin worked as a Public Information Officer for the City of Midland. Erin gained experience as a Reporter/MMJ at KLST and KSAN News from January 2018 to April 2019.

In addition, Erin has worked in marketing and promotions roles, including being an In-Game Host and Marketing Coordinator for the Omaha Storm Chasers from January 2017 to June 2017, and an On-Field Host/Marketing and Promotions Assistant for the Trenton Thunder from February 2016 to September 2016.

Erin also interned as a Promotions/On-Field Host at the Midland RockHounds in 2015.

Erin's earliest work experience is as a Bayhost at Topgolf from May 2014 to January 2015.

Before their professional career, Erin attended Lubbock Christian University, where they captained the Women's Cross Country team and earned a B.S. in Sports Management from August 2011 to May 2015.

Erin Bailey graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sports Management.
